▪ Smoking, Hard Drugs & Pets are not allowed inside the premises.
▪ Numbers of guests shall not exceed the required max (8 guests max in 4 Bedroom & 10 guests max in 5 Bedroom).
▪ Parties, loud music, DJsare strictly not allowed.
▪ Redecorating the property (including hanging, sticking or pasting things on the walls or ceiling) is not allowed and would result in caution fee forfeiture and additional charges to offset repair cost of damage(s).
▪ In order to avoid damages, movement/repositioning of furnituresare not allowed, and client shall be held responsible for missing or damaged items.
▪ Fighting/physical argument is highly prohibited.
▪ Commercial video shoots are not allowed without prior approval.
▪ Access doors must be kept shut at all times.
▪ Please use house as your own house/room.
▪ Check-Out time is 12pm. It is extremely important that guests respect this rule in order not to delay the scheduled check-in of the next guest which may result in cancellation and loss of earnings. Management will allow a 15 minutes grace period to check-out, after which caution fee will be forfeited if guest does not vacate the property by 12:15pm at the latest.
CLEANING
▪ Cleaning and change of beddings are done every 3rd day of check-in. Requests for cleaning and change of beddings outside the regular 3 days interval attracts a N3,000 charge per cleaning.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
▪ Full refund will be made for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
▪ 50% refund will be made for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in date.
▪ No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in date.
NOTE (IMPORTANT):
1. Turn off all appliances when not in use.
2. Caution fee is refunded 24hours after check out.
3. Failure to abide by any of the above listed rules would lead to forfeiture of caution fees.
